Developing a comprehensive recruitment marketing toolkit

This was achieved by developing a comprehensive recruitment marketing toolkit combining the approved brand imagery and messaging with content tailored specifically to the Asia Pacific market. The kit featured online and printed collateral including advertising, brochures and event support materials. Aimed at graduates and experienced professionals, from both commercial and technical backgrounds, the toolkit’s various components required focused content with a tone of voice relevant to each audience.

With such a large range of collateral and several stakeholders involved in the approvals process, a stringent project management approach was critical to the success of the campaign, which was delivered on time and on budget.
