Challenge
Manor Farm Park & Woodlands wanted to boost visitor numbers across both its year-round attractions and major seasonal events, including PumpkinFest, Foam Fest and the Christmas Woodland Wonderland. While awareness was strong among local families, there was untapped potential to reach new audiences across Nottinghamshire and neighbouring counties.
Manor Farm Park & Woodlands is a 25-acre family attraction in Nottinghamshire who offer an exceptional experience with hands-on animal encounters, a large indoor play barn, scenic woodland trails and seasonal events. The objective was straightforward. The focus was on boosting ticket sales, attracting more visitors during off-peak times, and raising awareness of the park’s attractions along with its signature dining spot, Antlers Bistro. With a diverse audience spanning families, school groups and local day-trippers, a one-size-fits-all marketing approach wouldn’t do. The challenge was to build a strategy that delivered measurable results across multiple audience segments and campaign objectives.
Solution
We began by reinforcing the brand’s digital foundations, with a key focus on enhancing tracking accuracy. The website was optimised for SEO to increase visibility and attract a larger audience, while refreshed imagery was introduced to deliver a more engaging user experience. In addition, the brand identity was modernised and consistently applied across on-site signage and promotional materials.
We implemented full conversion tracking through Meta Pixel and Conversions API and ensured Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads tracking were set up to monitor performance across every visitor touchpoint. This gave us a complete view of how users interacted with campaigns and allowed us to optimise based on the actions that delivered the greatest value.
Once tracking was solid, we launched a comprehensive, always-on paid media strategy across Meta Ads and Google Ads, complemented by organic social optimisation and creative refreshes to support key campaigns which supported the overall goal of boosting footfall and promoting the farm’s attractions and dining offering.

Seasonal event promotion for PumpkinFest, Foam Fest, Woodland Wonderland and Reindeer Feeding Month – using engaging carousels, reels and motion-led creative to showcase experiences.
Retargeting campaigns that re-engaged users who visited the website or engaged with ads but hadn’t yet booked, driving a strong uplift in purchases.
Location-based and interest targeting to attract families within a 30-40 mile radius, focusing on parents, grandparents and local day-out seekers.
Always-on campaigns promoting Family Days Out, Playbarn sessions and Antlers Bistro, ensuring consistent visibility between peak events.
SEO and UX improvements following a detailed website audit, resolving broken links, improving mobile performance and enhancing conversion paths.

RESULTs
Within the first three months of partnering with Manor Farm, we delivered strong digital marketing results, achieving an average return on ad spend (ROAS) of 11.7 and generating £99,821 in tracked purchases from just £8,542 in ad spend.
Our multi-channel strategy delivered outstanding growth across all key digital metrics – increasing reach, engagement and conversions across paid, organic and local channels.
The Meta campaign generated impressive results, delivering over 2.09 million impressions and reaching 362,000 users. It drove 76,977 clicks at an average cost of only £0.11 per click, demonstrating strong engagement and cost efficiency.
The Google Ads generated 3,352 clicks and 381 tracked conversions, at an average cost per conversion of £7.33, maintaining strong efficiency and visibility for key search terms.
Combined activity delivered a total of 6,241 tracked conversions through GA4, contributing to £294,110 in total revenue in just under a four-month period.
Organic visibility also strengthened, with 22,194 Google Business Profile website clicks, 567 call clicks and 44 new reviews, confirming Manor Farm’s strong local reputation.
As a result of our comprehensive SEO audit, website performance improved, achieving a 91% SEO and performance score, with no critical errors identified after technical fixes. The website improved its Google search ranking by 198 positions.
Bing Ads and complementary search activity added incremental volume, producing 388 clicks and 60 conversions, capturing additional family audiences beyond Google.
Overall, the data shows a consistent pattern of growth, with Meta driving cost-effective conversions, Google Ads sustaining high-intent traffic, and local search visibility consolidating Manor Farm’s position as one of the East Midlands’ top family attractions.
