Research

The role for the CBP is typically to look objectively at our clients’ position before we devise an appropriate plan that creatively exploits the most cost effective and relevant channels. And objective observation invariably means research is a key consideration.

The quality of intelligence, in any context does of course have significant impact on the quality of the output.

In this respect our network comprises the specialist expertise to develop and implement internal and external studies which can help monitor, measure or develop communication planning.

We can identify trends and assess employee issues. Be it an in depth work on attitude and awareness or perhaps a ‘toe in the water’ of a new market or geographical territory, or maybe some insightful benchmarking of competitor activity.

Whatever the need, research typically provides the foundation on which we build a programme, project or strategy. But only once we have the right data can we develop robust strategies.
